Dear Client,
We email chauffeurs’ names and mobile numbers to the clients several hours before the initial pick-up time. Please call in case you have not received your chauffeur's information two hours before your pickup time.
Unless necessary, please only contact your driver between 1 hour before and 30 minutes after your service period. You may contact the office at any time.
