About Stretch Limousines:   Stretch limousines are manufactured by cutting a car or an SUV in half and inserting a similar prefabricated piece between the halves.  Most stretch limousines built in the US are made from new Lincoln automobiles and Chevrolet SUVs with some enhancements, especially enhancements to their air conditioning.  Clients in hot regions during the summer can ensure they book a limousine that cools effectively.  The length of the inserted prefabricated piece can vary.   Therefore, stretch limousines come in different lengths.  Longer pieces can be inserted into SUVs than into automobiles.  This is why Lincoln limousines have a smaller capacity than SUV limousines.  The Lincoln limousine's seating capacity is usually 6 to 14 passengers.  However, most limousines on the road have a capacity of 8 or 10 passengers.  Some providers may use the 8-passenger limousine instead of the 10-passenger one.  SUV limousines' capacities usually range from 14 to 22 passengers.  Practically, the capacity varies with the size of the passengers.  It is recommended to board a couple of passengers less than its nominal capacity.

The first feature is that it encrypts your credit card information during transmission, protecting it if the connection is misused. The second feature is that it emails you a copy of your reservation information as you provided it immediately after you submit it.

Steps after the reservation: As you submit your online reservation, you will also receive a copy of the data you entered. It is a good idea to review it promptly, as it can reveal potential errors early. As we receive your reservation, we issue a confirmation promptly. It is for your review and also your signature. We deliver the confirmation to you via Adobe.  Adobe also manages the signing and the return processes. Therefore, be on the lookout for receiving emails from Adobe. Please review the confirmation for accuracy. Please call if you find any incorrect information on it. So, we can promptly correct and resend it. Please sign it only if you find all the information on it acceptable. Adobe will email you a signed copy of the confirmation for your records.  You may take it with you on your trip for its contact information, in case needed.  As we receive your signed confirmation, we charge the credit card provided in full.  We email you the charge receipt, also called the Merchant Copy, for your signature via Adobe, using the same process as before. Your reservation is considered complete when we receive your signed charge receip.

Regarding Pick-ups at LAX and Some Other Airports in the Area: Due to a lack of parking spaces for stretch limousines at LAX and other airport restrictions, the chauffeur cannot leave the limo to meet and greet arriving passengers at baggage claim or at other public locations at LAX.  Therefore, we normally meet and greet our LAX arriving clients at the curb.  This requires that the client collect and transfer their luggage to the curb. The client also needs to call the chauffeur when the client's party is at the curb with all luggage, ready to board the limo.  We text the chauffeur's name and mobile number to our clients mobile before their departures.

We can, however, use a representative to meet and greet our arriving passengers at the baggage claim if the customer specifically requests to be met there.  In this case, full luggage handling at the airport and at the destination will also be included in the representative's services.  The vehicle and the chauffeur will, in this case, wait at the cellular area until the representative calls the chauffeur to ask for the pick-up. The representative will usually ride in the limo in the front seat and handle all luggage into the destination building as directed by the client. There will be an extra charge for the representative's time and services in addition to the price quoted initially.  We text the representative's and the chauffeur's names and mobile numbers to our clients' mobiles before their departures.
